Return Policy 

JacketStreet is committed to providing quality products that exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a return is based on the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused and unworn, with tags attached.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
  4. Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded, including sale items, personalized or custom orders, or the products specified at the time of purchase.

Damages and Wrong Items

We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately of any issues or defects. We will work with you to promptly resolve any damages or issues.

If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us at contact@jacketstreet.com so we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement item. We will refund your original purchase once we have received and processed your return.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will process your refund as quickly as possible once we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days using the original payment method. Refunds can take some time to post to your account, depending on the bank or Credit Card Company used.
